Fish Floss Snow Q Cookies: Chi Fu Cookies (wheat flour, sugar, whey powder, vegetable oil), Sacha Sauce Fish Floss (tuna, sugar, pea flour, palm oil, Sacha sauce (contains dried anchovies, red shallots, flavor enhancers), soy sauce, salt), malt, New Zealand milk powder, natural butter, trehalose, water, egg white.
Original Pineapple Cakes: Egg white, almond flour, Taiwanese local pineapple filling (No. 2/No. 3 local pineapples, cane sugar, maltose), granulated sugar, trehalose, low-gluten flour.
[Allergen Information] This product contains soy, dairy, eggs, gluten-containing grains, and fish and their derivatives. It is not suitable for individuals with allergies to these ingredients.
[Serving Suggestions] For best flavor, consume as soon as possible after opening.
[Shipping Method]
This product is shipped via a third-party logistics provider at room temperature (you cannot specify the logistics company).
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of NT$180 is charged per order.
The estimated delivery date is approximate; the system allows for a ±1-day margin of error.
Please be sure to keep the carrier’s contact number on hand to avoid delivery delays. If you have arranged for the property management office to accept the package on your behalf, please ensure they can store it properly.

Items requiring different temperature conditions (room temperature/frozen) cannot be combined for order total calculations or free shipping thresholds; please place separate orders according to each temperature category’s shipping method.
Specified delivery dates allow for a 1–2 business day buffer; actual delivery times are subject to logistics conditions. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
During special holidays (such as Mid-Autumn Festival, Lunar New Year, Mother’s Day, etc.), which are peak periods for home delivery logistics, we cannot guarantee that orders will arrive on the specified delivery date.

In accordance with the *Consumer Protection Act*, this product is classified as a fresh food item that falls under the “reasonable exceptions” specified in the proviso of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Act—namely, items that are “perishable, have a short shelf life, or are about to expire at the time of cancellation.” Therefore, the 7-day unconditional return right under the *Consumer Protection Act* does not apply to this product.
Except for defects in the product itself or severe damage caused during shipping, returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the product has been unsealed, exposed to improper temperatures, consumed, or stored improperly.
